Why this matters

Corridors Do Not Stay Clear on Their Own

Vegetation around infrastructure is never a job you finish. Clear a powerline easement or an access corridor once and the regrowth is back inside a couple of seasons, usually faster on the coastal country where it rains.

The exposure sits with the asset owner, not the contractor. Encroachment into a clearance envelope, a corridor a crew cannot get a truck down in an outage, or a fire that starts under a span all trace back to vegetation that was left too long.

What we do

Easements and Corridors Kept to Spec

We clear and maintain powerline easements, right of way corridors, pipeline and transmission routes and access tracks across Queensland. Depending on the ground and the clearance you work to, that is forestry mulching, slashing, stick raking or excavation, and often a combination along the length of a run.

Work is priced against your clearance envelope and your specification rather than a walk-around guess, and we can run it as a scheduled maintenance cycle or as reactive work when a span gets away from you. We are fully insured and can supply our documentation for your prequalification before we mobilise.

How we work with you

Scoped, Scheduled and Documented

Asset work runs on program and paperwork, so both are agreed before we mobilise.

  1. We scope against your spec

We price from your clearance envelope, corridor width and any environmental conditions, so what happens on site matches what you were quoted.

  2. We agree the cycle

Scheduled maintenance rounds, one-off catch-up clearing or reactive call-outs — whichever suits the asset, set out before the first machine moves.

  3. We clear and report back

The corridor is left to the agreed standard with mulch spread rather than stacked, and you get the records you need for your own compliance file.

The cost of leaving it

Encroachment Gets Expensive Fast

Letting vegetation creep back into a corridor usually means:

  • Clearance breaches against the standard you are audited on
  • Crews unable to get plant down an access track when an outage hits
  • Fuel loads building under spans through the driest part of the year
  • Stems thickening past what a mulcher can take, pushing you into far dearer clearing

Straight answers

Good Questions — Here's What to Know

Do you work to a clearance envelope or vegetation standard?

Yes. Give us the clearance envelope, corridor width and any environmental or approval conditions and we will price and work to them. Working to a spec is the normal way we run asset jobs.

Can you take on scheduled maintenance rather than one-off clearing?

That is most of what asset management is. We can run easements and corridors on a recurring cycle so regrowth never gets to the point where it costs you a clearance breach or a much dearer clear.

Are you insured for work around live infrastructure?

We carry public liability and can provide certificates of currency and our safety documentation for your prequalification process. We will also be straight with you about the limits of what we take on near live assets.

Can you get machines onto soft or steep easements?

Usually. We match the machine to the ground rather than forcing one setup onto every corridor, including low ground pressure tracked machines for soft easements and steep batters.

How quickly can you respond to reactive work?

It depends on current commitments and where the corridor is. We will give you a realistic date up front — an honest date you can plan around is worth more than an optimistic one that slips.
