Why this matters
An Overgrown Block Costs You Options
An unusable block is a property you cannot graze, a house site you cannot build on and an asset you cannot properly value. Every season it stays that way, the vegetation gets heavier and the eventual clearing bill goes up with it.
The other risk is having it cleared badly. Windrowed timber and pushed-up topsoil are cheap on the day and a problem for years afterwards, and clearing outside the vegetation codes can turn a routine job into a compliance issue attached to the property title.
What we do
The Right Method for Your Country
We clear rural blocks, house and shed sites, properties, fence lines and development sites across Queensland. Depending on the vegetation and the finished result you need, that means forestry mulching, stick raking, dozing, excavation, or a combination across different parts of the same block.
Light and medium regrowth is usually mulched in place, which leaves a clean surface with nothing to burn or bury. Heavier timber and root systems come out with the dozer or excavator, then get raked and stacked or mulched down. We work to the Queensland vegetation clearing codes and will tell you plainly where your block sits before anything starts.

We walk the block, look at what is actually growing there and how heavy it is, and work out which method gives you the finish you need for the least cost.
We agree the boundaries
Before anything starts we mark out what stays and what goes — habitat trees, boundaries, dams, easements and any mapped vegetation that has to be worked around.
We clear and finish the surface
Material is mulched, raked or stacked depending on what you have asked for, and the ground is left in a state you can move straight onto.

Good Questions — Here's What to Know
Do I need council or state approval to clear my block?
Sometimes. Routine regrowth control, fence lines and firebreaks often fall under accepted development codes, while mapped remnant or category B vegetation generally needs approval. We work to the codes and will tell you where we think your block sits, but the approval itself is always the landholder’s responsibility.
What happens to the timber and vegetation you clear?
Wherever practical it is mulched and left on site, which avoids burning and keeps the organic matter on your ground. Heavier material can be raked into stacks for later burning or milling if you prefer. We will agree that before we start rather than surprising you with a property full of heaps.
Can you clear around dams, fences and existing infrastructure?
Yes. Working carefully around dams, fence lines, sheds, water lines and power is routine for us. Mark anything underground before we start, because buried poly and power are the two things a machine operator genuinely cannot see.
Is mulching or dozing better for my block?
Mulching suits regrowth, scrub and small timber, and leaves the ground immediately usable. Dozing and stick raking suit heavy timber and situations where you need the roots out. Plenty of blocks use both. We will tell you which one gives you better value when we quote.
