Why this matters
Scrub Closes In From the Edges
Vegetation rarely takes a property all at once. It creeps in from the fence lines, the creek banks and the timbered edges, and by the time it is obvious you have lost several metres off every boundary and a track you can no longer get a vehicle down.
That growth against a fence line is also what stops you seeing a break in the wire, what carries fire straight onto your boundary, and what hides the weed species that will be through the property next season.
What we do
Boundaries and Tracks Opened Back Up
We clear scrub, understorey, saplings and weed species from fence lines, boundaries, access tracks, creek flats, dam surrounds and property edges. Most of it is mulched in place, so the material stays on the ground as cover rather than becoming a pile you have to deal with.
It is selective work. We take out the understorey and regrowth while leaving the mature and habitat trees standing, which keeps the shade and the shelter belt intact while giving you back the access and the sight lines.

Good Questions — Here's What to Know
Can you clear a fence line without damaging the fence?
Yes, that is routine work. We clear up to and along fence lines regularly and can take the vegetation back as far as you need on either side. Tell us about any strainers, gates or electric lines before we start so we can work around them.
Will you take out the weeds as well as the scrub?
Mechanically, yes — lantana, camphor laurel, privet and similar species get mulched out with everything else. Bear in mind that clearing alone does not stop the seed bank, so anything that regrows from roots or seed will need follow-up down the track.
How close to a creek or dam can you work?
We can work close to water, but watercourses often carry additional protections and clearing near them can need approval. We will flag it when we walk the block so you know what applies before anything starts.
Do you do ongoing maintenance clearing?
Yes. A lot of properties get us back on a regular cycle to keep fence lines, tracks and firebreaks open, which is far cheaper than letting them close in and clearing from scratch every few years.
