Terms of Service
Last updated 29 July 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the information published on it. Where we carry out work for you, the written quote and any contract documents we provide will set out the specific terms of that engagement, and those terms take precedence over anything on this page.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or the systems it runs on.
Information on this site
The content here is general information about the services we provide. It is not professional, engineering, planning or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice about your specific property. Service descriptions, capabilities and areas covered may change without notice. We take care to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current at all times.
Quotes and pricing
Any indicative figures on this site are general only. Prices are provided in a written quote after we have inspected the property. Quotes are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection and remain valid for the period stated on the quote. Where conditions differ materially from those we inspected — including hidden obstacles, rock, services, or vegetation heavier than it appeared — we will discuss any variation with you before proceeding.
Site access and property owner responsibilities
Before work starts, you are responsible for:
- Confirming you are the landholder or are authorised by the landholder to have the work carried out
- Identifying and marking underground services, including water lines, irrigation, power, telecommunications and septic systems
- Clearly marking any trees, structures, boundaries or features that must be retained or worked around
- Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area for machinery and floats
- Ensuring livestock, vehicles and people are kept clear of the work area
We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground services or to items we were not told about.
Approvals and vegetation laws
Vegetation clearing in Queensland is regulated. Obtaining any required approval, permit or exemption — whether under state vegetation management law, local council planning schemes, or any other instrument — is the responsibility of the landholder. We will work to the applicable clearing codes and will raise concerns if something appears to need approval, but we cannot obtain approvals on your behalf and we are not responsible for work carried out on your instruction where the required approvals were not in place.
Scheduling and weather
Machinery work depends on ground conditions. We may need to reschedule where wet weather makes a site unsafe or where working it would cause unreasonable damage to the ground. We will give you as much notice as we reasonably can.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. A deposit may be required on larger jobs.
Insurance and liability
We hold public liability insurance and a certificate of currency is available on request. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the services is limited to re-performing the services or paying the cost of having them re-performed. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The content, photography and design on this site belong to Full Force Contracting unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or republish them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites and embed third-party services such as maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
