Why this matters

Clearing Sits on the Critical Path

On a development site, clearing is the first thing that has to happen and the easiest thing to under-plan. Everything behind it — survey, civil works, services, construction — is waiting on a site being handed over clean and on time.

When it goes wrong it goes wrong expensively. A contractor who cannot mobilise when they said, who works outside the approved clearing extent, or who leaves spoil and debris for the civil crew to deal with, costs far more than the difference in the original quote.

What we do

Sites Handed Over Clean and on Time

We clear development sites, subdivisions, easements, access corridors, pipeline and transmission routes and solar sites across Queensland. Depending on the specification that is forestry mulching, dozing, excavation, stick raking or a combination staged across the site.

We work to the approved clearing extent and the vegetation codes, keep to marked boundaries and retention zones, and hand the site over in the condition your civil crew actually needs it in. We are fully insured, and we are straight with you about program before you commit rather than after.

Infrastructure Corridors Kept Clear and Compliant

Utilities, councils and asset owners need vegetation kept off infrastructure year after year, not cleared once and forgotten. We take on scheduled and reactive clearing across easements, access tracks and corridors anywhere in Queensland.

Powerline Clearing

Vegetation cut back from transmission and distribution lines to the clearance envelope you work to. We use low ground pressure machines on soft easements and steep batters, and leave the mulch spread rather than stacked against the poles.

Right of Way Clearing

Access corridors, pipeline and transmission routes and boundary right of ways cleared to the surveyed width. We work to the marked extent and hand the corridor over ready for survey, construction or ongoing access.

How we work with you

Clear Scope Before We Mobilise

Most commercial clearing problems come from a scope nobody pinned down at the start.

  1. We scope against your plans

We price from your clearing extent, plans and approvals rather than a walk-around estimate, so the scope on site matches the scope you were quoted.

  2. We confirm program and access

Mobilisation dates, site access, staging and how our work fits around other trades all get agreed before machines are booked in.

  3. We hand over clean

The site is finished to the agreed specification — mulched, raked or stacked — and handed over ready for survey and civil works to start.

The cost of the wrong contractor

A Late Site Delays Every Trade

Bringing in a clearing contractor who cannot hold a program or a scope usually means:

  • Every following trade pushed back, with standing time charged against the project
  • Clearing outside the approved extent and the compliance exposure that follows
  • Spoil, debris and windrows left for the civil contractor to price and remove
  • Retention zones and marked trees damaged, with replanting conditions attached

Straight answers

Good Questions — Here's What to Know

Are you insured for commercial and civil sites?

Yes. We carry public liability and can provide certificates of currency, insurance details and our safety documentation for your prequalification process before we mobilise.

Can you work to an approved clearing extent?

That is the normal way we run commercial work. We clear to the marked extent and the approval conditions, and work around retention zones and marked trees. Give us the plans and the approvals and we will price and work to them.

Do you handle staged clearing across a large site?

Yes. Staging around civil works, service installation and other trades is common on subdivisions and corridor projects. We will fit our program around yours rather than expecting the site to be handed to us all at once.

How quickly can you mobilise?

It depends on current commitments and the size of the job. We will give you a realistic date up front — an honest date you can build a program around is worth more than an optimistic one that slips.

Can you provide a fixed price for tender?

Yes, where the scope is defined well enough to price properly. Send through the clearing extent, plans and any approval conditions and we will come back with a fixed price and a program.
